Obama Discuss Crisis Egypt

United States President Barack Obama on Saturday (02/05/2011) local time has been talking with some foreign leaders about the upheaval in Egypt, stressed the need to be "an orderly and peaceful transition, starting now."
"The U.S. leader spoke with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed of the Union of Arab Amirat (UAE), Prime Minister David Cameron of Britain and Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany," said a White House statement.
Obama "discuss the serious concern over attacks against journalists and human rights groups, and reiterated that the Egyptian government has a responsibility to protect people's rights and to release immediately those who have been detained illegally," the statement added .
He also "emphasized the importance of an orderly transition, peace from now on; government that is responsive to the aspirations of the Egyptian people, which includes pembicaaraan a credible, inclusive, between the government and opposition."
The leaders agreed to continue close relations, said the White House.
The statement was issued when Washington welcomes the resignation of a rollicking party leaders Mubarak as a "positive step", when they tried to encourage these leaders to resign.
U.S. officials praised the action but pressed for further changes. "We regard it as a positive step toward political change that will be needed, and look forward to additional steps," said an Obama administration official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
